This only takes 2 ingredients!  It is so simple and quick to make.  A On-the-Go healthy frozen drink.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries
  • Orange Juice

How to prepare

  1.  Add a pinch of sugar so that it won’t be so sour. Alternatively, you can add a mixture of other juices or fruits, such as pineapple, strawberry, or banana.
  2. Pour orange juice into each popsicle holder 2/3 of the way and drop in 4 or 5 blueberries and place in freezer for about 45 minutes to set.
  3. Once it has set, fill the rest of the way with OJ.
  4. Insert the popsicle stick tightly.       
  5. Place in the freezer for about 2-4 hours, or until solid.

Take it out and enjoy!
